COMBAT funding supports 20 different treatment programs throughout Jackson County. These programs are expected to serve more than 5,000 people this year with treatment ranging from detoxification and recovery houses to long-term counseling.

Project RISE

Project RISE

Project RISE focuses on treating all the wounds a gunshot can inflict. COMBAT funds the program to provide those treated for gunshot wounds at University Health "psychological first aid" and follow-up care focused on PTSD, including long-term counseling.
